Russian dictator Vladimir Putin wears body armor in public – Ukrainian intelligence

A Putin lookalike has been using body armor regularly for at least the last five years, Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry (HUR), said in a June 5 commentary for ArmyInform.

According to the HUR, the Russian dictator has doppelgangers and uses them even at official events.

Earlier, The Moscow Times wrote that Putin has been wearing a bulletproof vest to all public events that take place outdoors for more than a year.

Publication claims that personal chefs fly with the dictator, but a special group of employees checks all the food before he eats it. Also, according to the media, bodyguards around Putin have folding armor shields disguised as usual diplomats.
