But Gosling isn't the only one whose kids have come up with a sweet nickname. The star's two daughters, Hazel, 9, and Violet, 7, whom she shares with husband John Krasinski, also have their own appreciation for Gosling.
"They love him so deeply," Blunt said. "Actually, my oldest one — It's the first movie she has expressed any interest in, and it has nothing to do with me. It's all about Ryan."
"I think it's Ken, really," Gosling quipped.
"It's Ken," Blunt agreed. "They're fascinated with what his hair looks like in real life. That was a question I got a lot."
Like Blunt's daughters, Gosling's girls are also fascinated with his Oscar-nominated character. While appearing on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, April 11, Gosling revealed that his two daughters "know the choreography better than I do," referring to the hit song "I'm Just Ken."
"It was their interest in Barbie and their disinterest in Ken that sort of started all of this," Gosling said. "It's really been a team effort. And they were on the film and they came to set when I filmed the number. A lot of this has no context for them, you know? It's just like a lot of fake tan stains around the house."
