Seahawks' DeShawn Shead asks girlfriend for hand in marriage

There were two very happy endings at the conclusion of the Seattle Seahawks-Denver Broncos game Sunday at Century Link Stadium in Seattle.

First the Seahawks defeated the Broncos 26-20 in overtime in a rematch of last February's Super Bowl.

Then, Seahawks cornerback DeShawn Shead proposed to his girlfriend on the playing field as teammate Richard Sherman, plus a full camera crew, recorded the event.

There wasn't the same kind of suspense as shown in the football game.

Jessica joyfully accepted DeShawn's proposal, making Seattle 2-for-2 on the day.
