This year’s HGTV Smart Home is full of fun gadgets — and they can all be yours!
Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth suburb of Roanoke, Texas, the 3,400-square-foot abode boasts a golf simulator, an outdoor theater and a media room, among its many high-tech features.
The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom property’s kitchen is outfitted with custom cabinets that feature a mixer lift, a cutting board drawer and a trash chute, which were incorporated seamlessly into the design by interior decorator Tiffany Brooks.
“I utilized a mix of modern elements and subtle ranching touches, giving the home a unique style that breaks from tradition,” Brooks says. “I believe fans will be inspired by the use of unexpected colors and texture throughout each space, as well as all the ideas to enhance everyday living with clever solutions.”

Pets as well as people will love to occupy the tech-savvy abode.
In the single-level home’s laundry room, Brooks also incorporated smart features for furry friends, including a convenient dog washing station, which is made up of an oversized sink, hand shower and surrounding tile.
Located nearby is the hidden dog food drawer, which is a built-in, pull-out hiding spot that can hold two dog bowls for food and water. The Doggie Pocket Door is also located between the entryway and the laundry room.
The fully-furnished home also comes with a BISSELL IconPet Robotic Vacuum, which is a WiFi-enabled cleaner that’s designed to pick up pet hair.
The home’s master bedroom is a true retreat.
It boasts a smart TV called
, which has the capability to serve as a piece of artwork when it’s not in use, as it is designed to sit flush against the wall with no visible cables.
The bed itself is complete with an i8 Sleep Number 360 queen mattress, which has a combination of pressure-relieving comfort layers and a temperature balancing surface. The mattress also has SleepIQ technology to track sleeping habits and adjustable firmness, comfort and support on both sides.
In the master closet, the home has a full-length mirror that’s designed to hide your valuables, as well as an at-home dry-cleaning unit called the
