Senate ensures pot won't be legal by summer

Thought marijuana was going to be legal on July 1, 2018? Not anymore. The Senate has held up the legalization of cannabis in Canada after Tory senators said they needed more time to study the fine detail of the legislation before voting on it on June June 7. The health minister says that the provinces will need anywhere from two to three months to get their retail systems up and running before selling to the public can commence.
