Serious motorcycle crash at Morningside and Sheppard
Toronto police are investigating a serious motorcycle crash in Scarborough.
Two people were rushed to hospital after a motorcycle and minivan collided at Morningside Avenue and Sheppard Avenue East.
Paramedics said the victims were the male driver of the bike, and his female passenger. Both were considered to be in "serious condition." There was no immediate word on their ages.
Police say the crash happened shortly after 7:30 p.m.
The intersection was closed for the several hours for the police investigation.
