South Africa's Eskom says no power blackouts planned this winter

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - South Africa's utility Eskom is not planning power cuts this winter season as it would conduct only limited maintenance, its acting CEO Brian Molefe was quoted as saying on the firm's Twitter account on Friday.
