Here is Stanislaus District fans’ pick for The Bee’s Girls Prep of the Week

Jordyn Lish had yet another great all-around performance on May 7 for the Beyer High softball team. She helped lead the Patriots to a 13-7 win over Johansen in their Western Athletic Conference finale.

The junior pitched five innings, tallying 12 strikeouts while allowing just three hits and one earned run. She also did her part offensively, recording two hits in three at bats, driving in two runs, scoring three runs and drawing two walks.

The fans noticed her performance, voting her The Bee’s Girls Prep of the Week.

Lish came in first, collecting 75% of the votes in the weekly poll. She finished ahead of Gregori softball player NeVaeh Scheper and Downey cross country athlete Zoe Leach, who were second and third, respectively.
