Tiny Bugs Are Crawling All Over Kylie Jenner's Latest Manicure

Oh no! There's a worm on Kylie Jenner's nail! OK, not literally, but Jenner does have teeny tiny nail art bugs crawling all over her latest manicure, and it's much cuter than it sounds—even if you're terrified of insects. (These bugs are sweet, not scary, trust me.) Jenner doesn't typically do nail art these days, mostly sticking to simple milky nails and simple reds, which makes this summery set all the more surprising.

Manicurist Zola Ganzorigt, who often works with Jenner, pulled out all the nail art stops with this “summer garden" look by painting different little creatures on each of the star's nails. The base is neutral and simple to let the painted bugs have the spotlight, though Jenner also incorporated a lemon-lime French tip. A bumblebee hums on her pinky, there's a snail on her ring finger and a teeny ant on her middle finger, and the cutest purple caterpillar inches along on her thumb. On the other hand, we see a green beetle, ladybug, another snail right on the French tip, a purple butterfly, and even a worm. Scroll through the gallery to see the garden in all its glory; I guess the Met Gala's “Garden of Time” theme was more inspirational than we thought!

Jenner's pal Hailey Bieber is currently sporting a very similar summery mani, also courtesy Ganzorigt. Bieber's “farmers market” nails swap the bugs for fruits and veggies, including pea pods, cherries, and carrots. Her set doesn't have a colorful tip, but the minimal design is similar in theme and equally adorable. SZA has also embraced the bug-centric mani, wearing a set of French tips dotted with beetles, dragonflies, ladybugs, and a super-detailed monarch butterfly wing. Put aside your bright corals, hot pinks, and bright blue shades, because this summer, we're finding mani inspo at an outdoor picnic, not the pool!
