The Traitors spoilers follow.

The Traitors series 2 is not getting a reunion special this week, despite reports.

Some outlets have claimed that all 22 players from this year's series will be featured on this Friday's (January 26) finale night, however Digital Spy understands that's not the case.

Following the main episode, there will be a slighter longer instalment of companion show The Traitors: Uncloaked at 40 minutes compared to 30 minutes.

The episode will feature the finalists, and while there may be some special guests, all 22 contestants won't be involved. Because of that, the episode is not being considered or promoted as a reunion special.

The US version of The Traitors (which features celebrities and reality TV stars alongside civilians) did have a reunion special at the end of season 1, where the cast reacted to various clips from the season and hashed out their various beefs.

At the time of writing, there are three episodes of The Traitors series 2 left.

The most recent episode to air saw Harry and Andrew recruit Ross to The Traitors, not realising that Ross' mum is Traitors murder victim Diane — and he wants revenge from the inside.

While the UK's version of The Traitors has stuck to civilians so far, plenty of celebrities have stated that they want to take part in the game of backstabbery. And this year's standout player Paul has pitched his an idea for an 'All-Stars' series featuring himself and Diane from series 2, and Wilf and Amanda from series 1.

It might be too early to do such a series after only two runs, but that does sound like an incredible line-up.

The Traitors airs Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights on BBC One, while Uncloaked airs right after on BBC Two.
