Trudeau pays tribute to victims of Paris attacks

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is in Paris today, where he laid flowers at a memorial outside the Bataclan concert hall to pay tribute to victims of the Nov. 13 Paris attacks.

Also in attendance were Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard and Montreal Mayor Denis Coderre as the group observed a moment of silence in front of the club where 89 people died.

Trudeau was scheduled to join French President François Hollande at the Elysee Palace with before meeting this evening with India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi as negotiations on a post-2020 international climate framework get underway.

The UN summit is taking place from Nov. 30 to Dec. 11.
