Turkish military training plane crashes, killing two soldiers
ANKARA (Reuters) - A Turkish military training plane crashed in the central province of Kayseri on Tuesday, killing two soldiers, the Turkish defence ministry said, confirming video footage seen on local news media.
The SF-260 D training aircraft had taken off from an air base in Kayseri with two pilots on board for training exercises, and the reason for its crash wasn't known, the ministry said.
Emergency teams were dispatched to the crash site and found that both pilots had been killed, the ministry added.
