Two vehicles, Hydro pole damaged in Norwood-area garage fire
Emergency crews and Manitoba Hydro staff headed to Winnipeg's Norwood neighbourhood for a garage fire on Sunday evening.
By around 9:45 p.m., the roof of the Enfield Crescent garage collapsed due to the fire. An official on-scene said a nearby Hydro pole had been damaged by the fire, as well as two vehicles parked inside the structure.
Four adults left the home when the fire broke out, the official added, and there were no injuries.
He couldn't provide an estimate for the damage.
