UFC 303 card: Pereira vs Prochazka and all fights tonight as Dan Ige replaces Brian Ortega

After Conor McGregor withdrew from his UFC 303 clash with Michael Chandler due to a broken toe, the new main event will see the light-heavyweight belt defended.

Alex Pereira puts the gold on the line against Jiri Prochazka, seven months after stopping the Czech in round two to win the vacant belt.

With that victory, the Brazilian became a two-weight champion, having previously held the middleweight belt. Now, he looks for a second successful defence at 205lb, having knocked out ex-champion Jamahal Hill in April.

And this defence comes against another former champion, as Prochazka tries once again to regain the belt that he held in 2022. Prochazka vacated the title that year after suffering an injury, and after causing Pereira some trouble in November, he will believe he can snatch back the gold this weekend.
