United States Forces Korea hosted a media day on Monday to show off AC-130J aircraft at its air base in Osan, South Korea. During the event, Brigadier General Derek N. LIpson, Commander of U.S Special Operations Command-Korea, reaffirmed the U.S.'s commitment to ensure a "safe and peaceful peninsula." AC-130J had participated in combined air drills with the South Korean Air Force to enhance inter-operability and combined defensive posture on the Korean peninsula. AP video by Yong-ho Kim
