Floodwaters Cover Farmland North of Grand Forks

Drone video filmed by the North Dakota Department of Transportation revealed that farmland in Manvel, North Dakota, was still predominantly flooded on April 16 due to heavy rain and snow.

A spring blizzard swept across parts of the central US, including Nebraska, the Dakotas, and Minnesota, on April 10, battering communities with freezing rain and dropping about 24 inches of snow in some regions, the National Weather Service said in a statement.
