US Marines Drink Cobra Blood During Jungle Survival Training in Thailand

American and Thai Marines drank “cobra blood” during jungle survival training in Chanta Buri, Thailand, on February 14, according to this video.

The Marines also learned other jungle survival skills, such as making a fire and eating wild plants and animals.

The exercise was held as part of Cobra Gold, an annual military exercise involving nine nations as active participants in 2019: Thailand, the US, Singapore, Japan, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and South Korea.
