Polls close at noon Wednesday. Read about all the candidates and their accomplishments below.

You can vote multiple times. This is meant to be a fun way to show support for athletes. This is not meant to be scientific.

Nominations are submitted by area coaches or taken from stats reported to the Idaho Statesman.

BOYS WRESTLING

Draven Johns, Caldwell: Was named the most outstanding lightweight wrestler at the Rollie Lane Invitational after winning the 120-pound bracket.

Carson Exferd, Nampa: Edged three-time state champ Kolter Burton 3-2 in the 138-pound championship at Rollie Lane, earning himself the meet’s most outstanding middleweight wrestler award.

Quinn Hood, Fruitland: Pinned four of the five opponents he faced for the 195-pound title at Rollie Lane, leading Fruitland to its best-ever finish in the team race at second place.

Matthew Daniels, McCall-Donnelly: Started Rollie Lane unseeded before knocking off the favorite in the second round en route to the 160-pound title. Daniels (10-0) is only the third wrestler from McCall-Donnelly to win Rollie Lane.

Matthew Martino, Bishop Kelly: Pinned his 145-pound finals opponent in 1:30 to win his third straight Rollie Lane championship. He won four of six matches via pin, and the other two with tech falls.

Hudson Rogers, Meridian: Brought home the 182-pound crown and the most outstanding heavyweight wrestler award from Rollie Lane after topping Bonneville’s Easton Kemper 3-1 in the finals.

Shilo Jones, Mountain View: Captured his first Rollie Lane title after finishing second each of the past two seasons. He topped Austin MacNaughtan of Wasatch, Utah, 5-0 in the finals.

GIRLS WRESTLING

Toni Avelino, Caldwell: Placed second at the Rollie Lane Invitational at 107 pounds to improve to 12-3 on the season.

Talea Nichols, Rocky Mountain: Won the third-place match at 114 pounds with a pin at the Rollie Lane Invitational.

Clare Waite, Boise: Finished as the runner-up at 145 pounds at the Rollie Lane Invitational.

Kyra Richards, Nampa: Earned second place at 165 pounds at the Rollie Lane Invitational.

Jordynn LeBeau, Eagle: Won the third-place match at 185 pounds at the Rollie Lane Invitational.

Aliyah Alhilla, Weiser: Claimed the 152-pound title at the Canyon Ridge Girls Invitational with a pin in the title match.
