Watch: Furious cyclist flags down bus, gets on board and PUNCHES driver in shocking attack

Shocking CCTV footage has captured the moment that a cyclist flagged down a bus before getting onboard and attacking the driver.

In the harrowing footage, the cyclist is seen parking his bike in front of the bus before he boards the vehicle and confronts the driver in Brisbane, Australia, punching him several times.

The cyclist, who is wearing a red top, dark shorts, sunglasses and a helmet, is seen remonstrating with the driver before landing several blows on his face.

Now, Queensland Police have released the footage in a desperate bid to track the assailant behind the violent attack.

In a statement, Queensland Police said: ‘The cyclist and bus driver became involved in a verbal altercation when the driver was punched in the face several times.

‘The man then fled along Adelaide Street on his bicycle. The bus driver sustained facial injuries as a result of the incident.’

Police want to speak to a man who is described as being caucasian, tall with grey hair and aged in his 50s in connection with the incident.

They are yet to confirm whether the incident is directly linked to road rage.
