At this point, we can all agree that Valentine's Day is simply an excuse for celebrities in relationships to top each other in a mission to achieve peak cuteness. Obviously Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom already did just that by straight-up getting engaged yesterday, but everyone else certainly did the most.

While you might think nothing could top the insanity that was Kanye West's gift to Kim Kardashian, The Weeknd's surprise for Bella Hadid was next-level adorable. Basically, he appears to have pulled a Travis Scott and filled their entire home with roses and candles, and Bella shared evidence of his romance all up on Instagram.
