Zendaya continues her Challengers press tour with another slay — or should we say serve? In a dreamy tenniscore-inspired dress, the actress has once again proven that tennis and fashion can go hand in hand — and, no, it's not always simply a matter of wearing athleisure. Instead, her latest look makes the case for mixing tennis influences with dreamy, feminine silhouettes.

During an appearance on Good Morning America alongside her Challengers co-stars, Josh O'Connor and Mike Faist, Zendaya donned a heavenly white and green Erdem gown. With its full skirt complete with a balletic tulle petticoat, the dress has a distinctly retro feel — in fact, it could easily have been pulled straight from the closet of Mad Men's Betty Draper. However, it is the delicate white, green and yellow floral pattern and vibrant green hand-painted brushstrokes that really pulls this look together, giving a subtle nod to the colors and lines found on the tennis court.

This clever, reference-filled look is just the latest successful collaboration from Zendaya and her stylist, Law Roach. In fact, throughout the Challengers press tour, Zendaya has been giving a masterclass in "method dressing", finding subtle, unexpected ways to playfully hint at her upcoming film with her sartorial choices: a glittering green Loewe gown complete with the silhouette of a tennis player, a bedazzled white skirt paired with sporty Lacoste briefs, a satin, tennis-ball-green pantsuit, a sparkly Loewe tennis dress paired with tennis ball heels — and the list goes on.

During the interview on Good Morning America, Zendaya spoke about how the Williams sisters were an inspiration for her while working on the project. "What I knew of tennis before going into this film was really them — that was my only understanding of the sport," she said, adding, "I guess I just have [taken] inspiration from them in my life — all that they have accomplished and continue to do."

Later in the interview, she also confirmed that, after her many applauded tennis-themed looks on this press tour, she would be attending this year's Met Gala with O'Connor and Faist by her side. "I'll have my crew with me," she said, "and we'll keep each other company."
