Barrington Street stabbing sends man to hospital

A stabbing early Friday morning on Barrington Street in Halifax sent a man to hospital.

Halifax Regional Police say just after 5 a.m., officers were called to the 2100-block of Barrington in response to a stabbing.

A wounded man was soon located and taking to hospital. He is expected to survive.
