Chris Hadfield answers the question: How do you sleep in space?

Living in space is very different from living on Earth, so much so that the engineers and astronauts need to put a lot of thought into what are the most mundane parts of our lives here on the planet's surface.

Cooking, eating, bathing, brushing their teeth, getting a haircut (not to mention going to the bathroom)... all of these have special considerations due to the microgravity environment and limited resources.

Sleeping is another part of life on the International Space Station that's done differently, and Commander Chris Hadfield shows us how it's done:

I have to say, I'm not overly fond of sleeping in sleeping bags, but being able to completely relax all your muscles when you sleep sounds really nice.
