Air Force physician surprises family with scuba reunion three weeks before scheduled return

A scuba diver creates a water bubble air ring and manages to knock over a stack of rocks with it. Nice!

Bethany Bronson and her four kids were swimming at the beach with a family friend near their home in Japan earlier this week when they got the surprise of their lives: Bronson's husband, a US Air Force physician due to return home from Afghanistan in three weeks, rose from the water.

Bethany and the kids were recording a video message for Captain Hyrum Bronson when he snuck up behind Bethany, decked out in a camouflage uniform and scuba mask.

"Are you freaking kidding me?!" a stunned Bethany said.

"Mrs. Bronson, your husband here reporting for duty," Captain Hyrum Bronson told his shocked wife as his kids eagerly swam toward him.

Watch the sweet surprise below:

"After being in Afghanistan for 6 months and 3 months of training in the States before that with only a short month home in between, he is finally home!" Bethany wrote on YouTube.

"We thought he was coming home 3 weeks from now, but he is sneaky. We can't believe he is finally back home with us!"
