YouTube prankster gives homeless man ‘winning’ lottery ticket, makes his day

YouTube prankster Magic of Rahat decided to go the act-of-kindness route with his latest stunt and blessed a local homeless man with an unexpected windfall.

Rahat offered a panhandling homeless man a lottery ticket, then walked with him to a convenience store to cash it in. The store clerk was in on the prank — Rahat told him to pretend the ticket was a winner — and handed the homeless man $1,000 in cash.

It was Rahat's own money.

The homeless man's first reaction to the win was to try to share it with Rahat. Rahat refused and told the man "you deserve it," before embracing his new friend.

"I've been doing this for a long time. A long time. And never never had a friend, had somebody do what you just did back there. Never," the grateful man told Rahat.

Last fall, YouTube pranksters Roman, Dennis and Chase took over their buddy's pizza place to make 30 pizzas for the homeless.

And when pranksters Vitaly Zdorovetskiy and Andrew Hales, hosts of VitalyzedTV, gave a homeless man named Martin an "extreme makeover" last year, they followed up their gifts of a new wardrobe and steak dinner with something even more generous: they helped provide Martin with the dental work he so badly needed.
