A 19-year-old Alabama man is dead after ATV accident in Russell County, officials say
A Phenix City man has died following an ATV accident Thursday afternoon in Russell County, according to ALEA.
The victim has been identified as Dalton C. Osborne, 19, who died after his ATV left the roadway and overturned after striking a ditch, ALEA said.
Osborne was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the release.
ALEA said the accident occurred approximately 14 miles south of Phenix City in Russell County.
ALEA’s highway patrol division is continuing to investigate the incident.
