2023 NBA Draft wrap-up: Wallace to OKC, Livingston to Bucks; Tshiebwe, Toppin undrafted
The work never stops when it comes to pursuing your basketball dreams.
“There’s still more to be done,” Kentucky basketball’s Cason Wallace said just after he was chosen 10th overall in Thursday’s NBA Draft by the Dallas Mavericks and traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
He was the UK program’s 58th first-round selection, which still leads the nation — ahead of Duke (55) and North Carolina (53).
Chris Livingston’s selection by the Milwaukee Bucks came down to the wire with the 58th and final pick of the night.
Both Oscar Tshiebwe and Jacob Toppin went undrafted and will have to attempt to find another route to the NBA.
