2024 Emmy Awards Red Carpet: See the Looks Here

With two Emmy Award ceremonies in one calendar year, you know TV’s stars were going to make it count on the red carpet.

The 76th Annual Emmy Awards — awarding shows that premiered between June 2023 and May 2024, and not to be confused with January’s 75th Annual Emmy Awards — took place on September 15, 2024, honoring shows like “Hacks,” “Reservation Dogs,” “Shōgun,” “Baby Reindeer,” and many more. And though the 2023/2024 awards season was delayed by Hollywood strikes while the WGA and SAG-AFTRA negotiated with the AMPTP, 2024 appears to be course-correcting back to the traditional awards season schedule, starting with a late-summer Emmys. The Creative Arts Emmys proceeded one week prior to the Primetime Emmy Awards, with a record 14 wins for FX’s “Shōgun” — beating the record previously held by “Game of Thrones.” “Shōgun” was originally expected to compete in the Limited Series categories, but following a second season order it is now categorized as a drama series, up against the likes of “The Crown.”

The guests dressed to impress as always, including first-time nominees, producers and showrunners, or celebrities who just happened to be in attendance. The ceremony was hosted by the father-son duo and “Schitt’s Creek” fan favorites Eugene and Dan Levy.
