Police arrested a fourth person this week in connection to a deadly shooting at a Rock Hill block party that killed two people and injured two others.

Marques Lavon Pearson, 20, of Lancaster, is charged with being an accessory to murder in the death of Montest Mincey, according to a news release from the Rock Hill Police Department.

Police have not said what Pearson’s alleged role was in the incident. Officials also declined to give any details about what may have led to the violence.

Mincey, 44, was one of two people who died after the June 1 shooting.

Others arrested include:

Tyquarious Q. Davis, 24, of Lancaster, was arrested June 14 on an accessory to murder charge, Rock Hill officers said.

All four face charges in relation to Mincey’s death, Rock Hill Police Lt. Michael Chavis said Friday.

While all arrested are from nearby Lancaster County, officials have not said what the connection is between Lancaster County and the shooting site in the 900 block of Southland Drive.

That’s in a residential area in southern Rock Hill near where Mount Holly and Saluda roads intersect.

Maricus Kirk, a 21-year-old from Lancaster, also died in the June 1 shooting, according to police and the York County Coroner.

A 25-year-old woman and 24-year-old man also received gunshot wounds, police said.
