90 Day Fiancé's Larissa Dos Santos Lima Requests Spousal Support from Colt Johnson in Divorce

90 Day Fiancé‘s Larissa Dos Santos Lima has responded to Colt Johnson‘s divorce petition.

On Friday, Feb. 8, Dos Santos filed documents requesting that he pay $1,000 a month in spousal support, according to The Blast. She also requested that their joint bank accounts and home furnishings be split in half.

In early January, The Blast reported that Johnson had filed for divorce from Dos Santos Lima in Las Vegas. According to the divorce documents, he requested a joint preliminary injunction to keep the pair from depleting bank accounts or spending money during the divorce.

Johnson, 33, and Lima, 32, who is from Brazil, connected on social media. They met for the first time in Mexico, and Johnson proposed after five days. Viewers watched as mama’s boy Johnson struggled to fit Lima into his life and worried about her high-maintenance lifestyle.

According to Clark County Clerk’s Office records, the pair wed on June 24, 2018.

Months after saying “I do,” Lima was arrested in Nevada in November in connection with domestic battery against Johnson.

On Nov. 10 at about 1:15 p.m., “officers were dispatched to a family disturbance at a residence in Northwest Las Vegas,” a public information officer for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE.

“Two people were contacted at the home who were arguing. At the conclusion of the investigation, it was determined that Dos Santos Lima had committed Battery Domestic Violence on her husband and transported to the Clark County Detention Center,” the officer said.

PEOPLE confirmed on Nov. 12 that the reality star had been released from Clark County Detention Center. She will not face charges because the district attorney rejected the case, according to E!

Johnson addressed Lima’s arrest on social media.

“The police interviewed us but not long after they decided to arrest Larissa,” he allegedly wrote. “No one was hurt and I did not press charges against my wife. However it is policy in the state of Nevada that since we are in a domestic partnership, someone had to be arrested.”

In December, Johnson admitted he had “made mistakes” after Dos Santos Lima accused him of cheating.

“Yes, I have received massive amounts of attention from fans, especially women,” he said. “These things mixed with a relationship that has its problems makes for a dangerous scenario. I crossed the line between fan and fandom. The reality sometimes is lost and this is something I have to handle in private.”

“I am taking the responsibility for the things I did and for the people that suffered,” he added.

Last month, Dos Santos Lima and Johnson allegedly got into an extremely violent argument. Dos Santos Lima shared several photos and videos on Instagram, revealing a bloodied face and claiming Johnson called the cops on her as the two were arguing.

PEOPLE reached out to TLC and Dos Santos Lima for comment; Johnson was unable to be reached.

One week after the argument, Dos Santos Lima was indicted and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery, according to a criminal complaint obtained by TMZ.

The document, which was filed in Las Vegas, stated that Dos Santos Lima “did willfully and unlawfully use force or violence against or upon the person of her spouse.”

Representatives at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
