A Canadian's guide to joining the women's march
As president-elect Donald Trump prepares to take his oath of office and become the 45th President of the United States, women across the U.S. mobilizing for a historic March on Washington. And now thousands of their Canadian neighbours are joining them.
The Washington march, which aims to stand up for the basic rights of women that might be threatened under a Trump administration, is expecting over 200,000 protestors.
But if you can’t make it to Washington in time for the event, Canadian protestors have set up local marches across the country for people who want to walk in solidarity.
