Al Pacino to Pay $30,000 a Month in Child Support to Noor Alfallah for Baby Son, Court Documents Reveal
The couple have formalized an agreement on all matters pertaining to son Roman, 4 months
Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have finalized the terms of child support and custody of their 4-month-old son Roman.
Pacino, 83, and Alfallah, 29, have agreed to joint legal custody over the infant, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
Alfallah, the petitioner, will have primary physical custody of Roman with "reasonable rights of visitation with and access to Roman."
With that, the two also agree that they "shall facilitate contact (i.e., by telephone or FaceTime) between the non-custodial parent and Roman when Roman is in her/his custody until such time as Roman is able to engage in such contact on his own."

When it comes to child support, the documents acknowledge that Pacino has "voluntarily paid varying amounts ... both prior to and after Roman's birth" and that there were no current debts between the two.
As of September, Pacino is ordered to pay $30,000 a month in child support. In addition to that base amount, Pacino will pay "an additional Ostler/Smith percentage of 6% of Respondent’s 'annual gross income' in excess of $2,500,000 per calendar year."
The paperwork also makes stipulations for the infant's future, stating that Pacino will contribute "the sum of $15,000 per year, commencing in 2023, to a 529 account to be established on behalf of Roman ... for purposes of Roman's educational expenses or such other expense as the Parties mutually agree."
Pacino and Alfallah welcomed their son in June. The two have been linked since April 2022. Shortly after filing the custody agreement, Pacino and Alfallah confirmed that they were still together.
“Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman. They are still together," the actor's rep told PEOPLE in a statement at the time.
In May, Pacino's rep confirmed they were expecting their first baby together, marking the fourth child for the Oscar winner.
A source told PEOPLE back in June that Pacino "is happy" in his relationship with Alfallah and their age difference "isn't a major issue for them."
"They seem to enjoy each other’s company and have things in common in the entertainment area," said the source.
