Anderson Cooper cracks up when Andy Cohen is asked if he’s ever tried edibles: ‘Do you mean like this hour?'

"Watch What Happens Live" guest Gayle King had no idea what she was wading into.

The friendship between Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper never fails to entertain… especially when edibles are involved.

During his Monday appearance on Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live After Show, Cooper shared the guest couch with fellow broadcast journalist Gayle King, where they fielded audience questions — one of which asked if King would be open to trying edibles with Cohen, Cooper and her own best bud, Oprah Winfrey.

With complete sincerity, King then turned to well-documented sativa connoisseur Cohen and asked, “Have you ever had edibles?”

The question earned laughter from Cohen, his WWHL bartender, and the entire studio audience — but none of them laughed harder than Cooper.

“I’m being serious,” King said, as they continued cracking up around her. “Well she suggested it like you haven't done it before.”

"Do you mean like this hour?” Cooper asked, prompting Cohen to echo, “You mean today?”

After another round of giggles, King asked Cooper if he’s partaken himself to which he could barely respond through his laughter.

“I’ve given him some occasionally,” Cohen interjected.

“I’m gonna try it one day, I just haven’t,” King concluded to which Cohen said, “Call me.”

The subject was nearly changed by Cohen, who tried to redirect attention back to viewer questions, but paused when Cooper finally responded to the edible question by saying, “That doesn’t interest me.”

Clearly two decades worth of friendship has given Cohen ample dirt on his friend because he gave the camera a knowing look before holding his tongue between his teeth to joke, “This is me biting my tongue.”

While the audience laughed on, King jumped in to say that their relationship isn’t unlike her friendship with Oprah. “You’re reminding me, once I saw an interview with Oprah where she said, ‘I don’t gossip, I don’t believe in gossip.’ So I called her and said, ‘When did that start?’”

Though King clearly hasn’t heard the rumors, fans have long questioned whether Cohen has been high during his hosting stints. While the Bravo host denies this being the case, there may be one exception: New Years Eve, 2022.

Last year’s CNN broadcast infamously banned hosts Cohen and Cooper from drinking on the air, but during the show, Cohen admitted to having a sneaky solution. When Copper asked if he’d make it through the night dry, he said,“We will see. Do I have a pocket full of edibles? I do! Will I take them? I don't think so… I don't know, it's a long night."
