Things are looking rather serious for Ariana Grande's ex-husband Dalton Gomez and Maika Monroe, who just made their relationship Instagram official.
On June 9, 2024, actor Maika Monroe shared a seven-picture photo dump to her Instagram account, officially and publicly launching her romantic relationship with real estate agent Dalton Gomez.
Monroe and Gomez were first linked in October 2023, just three months after his separation from Ariana Grande was made public. At the time, TMZ published photos of the two kissing inside a bar in Los Angeles, which sparked the romance rumors.
Though Monroe has featured Gomez in her Instagram stories in the past, the June 9 photo dump marks the first time the actor posted her rumored partner in her main feed. She chose to include not one but three photos of the two enjoying time together during what appears to be a European vacation.
The first photo in the dump, which you can see below, shows Gomez and Monroe sharing a kiss in the street. Monroe also included a closeup shot of her and Gomez’s matching socks, which are official merch from Georgian-born Greek singer Tamta. Another couple photo shows the two enjoying a boat ride together while snuggled up and wearing matching all-black outfits.
Monroe and Gomez have been enjoying each other’s company for a while and have been photographed together by paparazzi quite a bit, but making the relationship Instagram official on Monroe’s account is certainly a major step. (Gomez doesn’t have a public account.)

Before he began dating Monroe, Gomez was married to Ariana Grande for two years. The pair officially finalized their divorce in March 2024, and Grande is now in a relationship with her Wicked costar Ethan Slater. Monroe, on the other hand, dated Stranger Things star Joe Keery for over five years before calling it quits sometime in 2022.
