Railway sabotage in Russia’s Tambov Oblast was claimed by the Atesh resistance movement, active in Ukrainian temporarily occupied territories and Russia, according to their Telegram post on Feb. 1.

“Our agent carried out sabotage on the railway near Pervomaiskoe, Tambov Oblast on Jan. 30,” the message said.

“The use of the railway, which is used to transfer missiles to the arsenal of the Russian Aerospace Forces (military unit 14272), was stopped due to fire set to a relay cabinet.”

The partisans had been scouting the routes and logistics schedule of Russian military cargo trains for a long time, and “the preparation bore fruit,” Atesh said.

Warehouses where Kalibr missiles can be stored were discovered in temporarily occupied Sevastopol, the Atesh resistance movement reported on Telegram on Jan. 30.

Ukrainian partisans blew up a car with Russian occupiers in the temporarily occupied Melitopol on Jan. 14.
