Baltimore County closer to decision on new schools superintendent

School officials are set to choose one of four finalists to lead Baltimore County Public Schools for the next four years. Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski said the candidates are very competent and highly qualified. "This is probably the most important decision a board of education will make in their jobs. I continue to trust that as they finalize this process, they're looking at someone who shares my values who is committed to transparency," he said. "We look forward to working with whomever the board selects to build that relationship and foster those results with that sustained investment."
