'Battle on the Beach' Star Alison Victoria Shut Down the Daytime Emmys Red Carpet in Daring Black Gown
HGTV fans aren't used to seeing this side of Alison Victoria! The star of Battle on the Beach, Ugliest House in America, and Windy City Rehab is more commonly seen on screen in casual jeans, tank tops, and button-downs, but for her appearance at the 51st Daytime Emmys, she pulled out all the stops.
Alison certainly had reason to get dressed up! Her series, Windy City Rehab, was nominated for best instructional/how-to program. Windy City Rehab was up against stiff competition in Fixer to Fabulous, Fixer Upper: The Hotel, Hack My Home, and Martha Gardens. The award ultimately went to Hack My Home, but we think Alison just might have won best dressed for the night.
For the event, Alison wore a dramatic black Roberto Cavali gown by Fausto Puglisi. The sultry dress has cut-out details, a daringly low back, and a long train. She paired the look with layers of bracelets and a bright white manicure, and left her hair down to show off her beachy waves.
Alison also had the honor of presenting an award alongside Evan Hofer, star of General Hospital.
Jenny Marrs, who was nominated for Fixer to Fabulous, shared fun candid photos from the night, including one of her hugging Alison on the red carpet, on her Instagram feed.
Congratulations to these HGTV stars on their nominations! We'll be looking forward to seeing more of Alison this week on Battle on the Beach.
