MINNESOTA’S COUSINS OVERTAKES SEASON LEAD, BUFFALO’S ALLEN REBOUNDS WITH WEEK 2 TITLE, DOLPHINS’ TUA SLIPS TO NO. 3 IN MIAMI HERALD’S 26TH YEAR OF NFL QUARTERBACK RANKINGS: The Bills’ Josh Allen scores a big 52.70-point game to take Week 2 honors while the Vikings’ Kirk Cousins ascends to the overall No. 1 spot in the Miami Herald’s updated NFL Quarterback Rankings. Dolphin Tua Tagovailoa slips two notches to No. 3. The Herald’s Passer Success System (PASS) rankings are in their 26th season after beginning in 1998, with Steve Young the inaugural season champ. Our ratings system is cumulative not percentile-based, rewarding players who are consistently productive and avoid injury or benching.
