Billy Eichner Uninjured After His Trailer Was Hit by a Boar’s Head Truck

Billy Eichner was fortunately not injured Monday when a Boar’s Head truck slammed into his trailer on the set of Difficult People in New York. The comedian was inside the trailer at the time of the crash.
Well my Difficult People trailer was hit by a large Boar’s Head truck & I was thrown into the wall & across the room. I’m ok. #PrayforBilly

“I’m ok,” Eichner tweeted, saying that he’d been thrown across the trailer by the impact.
Hulu, which airs Difficult People, created by Eichner and Julie Klausner, could not provide any more information about the crash at the time of this report.
Eichner Instagrammed a photo of his trailer, which sustained some serious damage in the crash.

A Boar’s Head representative told Yahoo Celebrity that its trucks are owned by independent distributors, but could not say which specific distributor owned the truck responsible for this particular incident. The representative would not speak further on the matter.
However, Eichner’s co-star confirmed that he was OK.
