Biscuitville set to open its newest location in the Triangle. Grand opening details here

The largest housing development in Johnston County will soon have its own location from one of the state’s most popular fast food brands.

North Carolina-born Biscuitville will open its newest Triangle location in Clayton near the Flowers Plantation development on NC Highway 42. The new Biscuitville will open April 16, serving its breakfast menu from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This new Biscuitville will be the brand’s 80th location.

“We are thrilled to serve our neighbors in the Flowers Plantation community,” said Biscuitville president and CEO Kathie Niven in a release. “As we celebrate Biscuitville’s 80th restaurant opening, we can’t wait to introduce new guests to the best Biscuitville has to offer, whether it’s from the comfort of our dining room or from the convenience of our dual-lane drive-thru.”

Founded in 1966 and headquartered in Greensboro, Biscuitville is one of the state’s most popular fast food chains, extending into South Carolina and Virginia. The company is known for sourcing many of its ingredients from local and/or family-owned partners.

It’s one of the very few fast few brands to go-all in on breakfast, opening early in the morning and closing in the early afternoon. The menu includes classic biscuit sandwiches and seasonal specials, like a smoked sausage link with peppers and a fried egg. Sides include cheese grits and loaded fries.

As part of the new store opening, Biscuitville is running a contest giving away free breakfast for a year to 10 people. You don’t need to attend the grand opening to enter.

Biscuitville does not franchise and each of its 80 locations are company-owned.

The new Clayton Biscuitville will be located at 2621 NC Hwy 42E.
