Blake Lively Left Her Kids for the ‘First Time Ever’ to go to the Super Bowl: ‘Twilight Zone’
“Now I know what my episode of the Twilight Zone would look like," Lively captioned her Instagram post
Blake Lively is sharing all the details of her kids-free Super Bowl weekend!
The actress, 36, shared an Instagram post on Tuesday documenting her time in Las Vegas for Super Bowl LVIII on Feb. 11. Along with a series of images from her time there, Lively added a lengthy caption explaining what it was like on her first trip away from her children.
“Last week I left my kids for the first time ever and wore pants that were shoes,” she wrote, poking fun at her unique Balenciaga x Adidas Pantashoes track pants that continued into pointed-toe stilettos. “I took pictures upside down and had no clue."
"I treated a friendship bracelet like a Flat Stanley for my husband like I didn’t realize it wasn’t ‘07," she continued, referencing hubby Ryan Reynolds. "I borrowed more jewelry than the skeleton in the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. And I went clubbing.”
She concluded, “Now I know what my episode of the Twilight Zone would look like. 💥🙌😆♥️🥰.”
Reynolds, 47, and Lively are parents to daughters James, 9, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4. They welcomed a fourth daughter in February 2023.
The first two images in the post were mirror selfies of Lively in her all-red Adidas x Balenciaga tracksuit and retro curls, followed by a selfie against the background of the football field and some snaps capturing the game.
She also shared a mirror selfie of her getting ready, and several looks at her chunky jewelry stack — which included a “friendship bracelet” with the Deadpool & Wolverine movie logo. The first trailer for the third Deadpool movie, which stars Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, debuted during the game.
