Blake Lively Trolls Husband Ryan Reynolds for Wearing Her Clothes After He Sports Her Smiley Face Sweater
"When did you realize you were wearing my clothes. Just curious,” Lively teased Reynolds on social media
Blake Lively isn't impressed that Ryan Reynolds is stealing her look.
The Gossip Girl alum, 36, teased her husband in her Instagram Story on Saturday for copying her style after he tagged her in a photo with his mom and shared a funny quip.
In the photo that Lively reposted, Reynolds, 47, and his mother, Tammy Reynolds, could be seen posing while taking a photo on the beach. In the shot, the Deadpool actor wore beige pants and a pink-and-white striped sweater with a large smiley face printed on the front, which Lively sported in public in 2022.
As for his mother, she wore a blue dress with flowers and posed with her hand on her hip, a pose which Ryan attributed to his wife, writing, “Just realized @blakelively coached my mom on posing for photos.”
Lively responded to the joke by dishing out her own. “And when did you realize you were wearing my clothes. Just curious,” she wrote.
The pair is not only in sync with their jokes, but also with their style on and off the red carpet.
They have notably worn coordinated outfits, including while stepping out to social events in New York City last year. In September, Lively and Ryan sported complementary pastel looks while attending dinner with close friends Taylor Swift, Gigi Hadid, Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum at Italian restaurant Emilio’s Ballato.
Lively opted for a preppy light blue tweed jacket to go with her floral-patterned minidress and pink bejeweled heels, while the Free Guy actor wore a baby pink shirt featuring doodles of birds and a cowboy, along with purple socks accented with flamingos.
Even the pair’s casual outfits are often in sync, as they were spotted strolling in N.Y.C. in November in matching fall casual looks. The A Simple Favor actress wore a Smythe jacket with oversized pockets, which she teamed with a green-and-yellow striped knit top, while her beau wore an army jacket, a brown plaid button-down shirt and beige khakis.

Ryan previously praised his wife’s fashion sense in an interview with PEOPLE at the Eddie Bauer and American Forests #Hug2Give campaign and The One Tree initiative launch event in 2020, saying, “My wife’s got some pretty wicked style.”
Although a self-described “minimalist,” he supports her hobby. “I think fashion is a fully legitimate form of artistic expression, so it’s one of the few ways we as human beings get to express ourselves without a giant canvas sitting in front of us," he said. "I like to see it that way, and I like that she’s passionate about it.”
