Tracy Morgan is in critical condition

after a six-vehicle crash on the New Jersey turnpike on Saturday left comedian James "Jimmy Mack" McNair dead. Morgan's assistant Jeffrey Millea, and comedian Ardie Fuqua Jr. are also listed as being in critical condition. Morgan will reportedly remain in hospital for weeks after undergoing surgery.

Kevin Roper, a 35-year-old Wal-Mart truck driver from Georgia, has been charged with crashing into Morgan's vehicle after turning himself in. He was released on a bail of $50,000 on Saturday and is expected to appear in court on Monday.
