An original Pablo Picasso art work could be yours for just 100 Euros ($140 CAD) — and a little luck.

The International Association to Save Tyre's latest strategy to help preserve the ancient Lebanese city has art enthusiasts' attention.

The preservation organization is raffling off "Man with the Opera Hat," a 1914 cubist drawing bearing the master's signature.

The 12-inch by nine-inch work is valued at about $1 million.

Only 50,000 tickets are available. So if you're pining for your very own Picasso, act fast.

One winner's name will be drawn at Sotheby's in Paris on Dec. 18. It will be streamed online.
