Justin Bieber vomit incident turned into CGI animation

You know you're beyond famous when even your vomit gets its own media cycle.

That's what happened to pop megastar Justin Bieber this week after he got sick on stage during one of his performances. The 18-year-old "Boyfriend" singer threw up twice during his show in Glendale, Arizona, on Saturday. Now, a Taiwanese animation company has turned the event into a computer-animated cartoon, though one with plenty of artistic licence.

Next Media Animation's version of the incident, uploaded Monday, shows Bieber vomiting a huge amount of various colours of liquid and spraying it onto the crowd, including two fans who get covered in it and one Belieber who seems to be basking in it. He is then shown backstage continuing to be ill into a toilet, his face turning green.

The actual incident was a lot less colourful. In reality, Bieber simply turned around during his show and got a little ill on the stage. Nothing got on his fans, and his back-up dancers didn't even stop their routine. He did reportedly leave the stage twice, but the singer apologized afterwards.

Biebz later called into TMZ to explain why he suddenly got sick "five songs in" to his show.

"In Canada, we like to have spaghetti and milk," he said. "I don't know if it was such a good idea before my show."

Well, Next Media Animation wasn't complaining. The Bieber video is the latest in a series of celebrity likenesses done by the Taiwan-based CGI animation house. The company became famous in 2010 after releasing a series of humorous videos of news stories like Tiger Woods's cheating scandal and the Jet Blue flight attendant who quit his job and slid down a slide.
