Michael J. Fox’s son Sam Michael makes debut as Mr. Golden Globe
Sam Michael Fox, the son of Canadian icon Michael J. Fox, officially entered Hollywood this weekend via the Golden Globes.
The 23-year-old, whose mother is actress Tracy Pollan, stepped out from behind Miss Golden Globe Francesca Eastwood's shadows last night "for a long day of herding drunken celebrities," according to his Twitter account.

Though Eastwood, who stars in the reality series "Mrs. Eastwood & Company," has been feverishly running the media gauntlet for the past few months to promote her gig, Fox has been comparatively silent.
"Sam has never had any showbiz aspirations, so this was kind of out of the blue," his famous dad told Access Hollywood Sunday night. "I love that he's got the courage and the curiosity and the sense of adventure to do it."
Besides carrying trophies, Fox works in New York for a company called FarmersWeb, which helps small farms sell their wares to restaurants and other wholesale buyers.
Last night, he donned black tie and arrived at the awards show with his parents, with whom he then attended the 14th Annual Warner Bros. and InStyle Golden Globe Awards After Party.

But Fox's parents weren't the only ones looking out for him. Hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler took a moment during their monologue to warn Mr. Golden Globe about one of the celebrities in his midst.
"And you know what, Taylor Swift?" said Fey. "You stay away from Michael J. Fox's son!"
Swift, who lost the Golden Globe for best original song to Adele's "Skyfall," reportedly recently broke up with One Direction's Harry Styles.
