Boil-water advisory lifted in Longueuil, Que., affected Saint-Hubert, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville
Longueuil, Que., has lifted a boil-water advisory that was issued on Wednesday for a portion of the Saint-Hubert borough as well as for the municipality of Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville.
Water no longer needs to be boiled before consumption, the city announced on Friday afternoon.
The advisory was necessary due to a drop in water pressure caused by work on the drinking water network.
Throughout the boil-water advisory, water samples taken were found to be compliant, the city says on its website.
