This Boise restaurant closed but ‘will be back and better than ever.’ Here’s when
In the mood for dinner in Hyde Park?
You have one less option for the rest of February, most likely.
Corner staple 13th Street Pub & Grill, 1512 N. 13th St., has closed for construction. The Boise restaurant shared the news Monday on social media.
“Hey there, neighbors,” the eatery wrote, “this is a PSA to let you know we are under construction! Not to fear, we will be back and better than ever.
“Today we begin the remodel on our kitchen to expand, for a little more elbow space! Our hope it to be back to making your favorite recipes before ya know it. So, thank you for your patience — we can’t wait to serve you again!”
In a message Tuesday, owner Scott Graves said the restaurant was “shooting for inside of two weeks” to reopen. “March 4 is worst-case scenario as it stands ... today,” he added.
With both indoor and patio dining available, 13th Street Pub & Grill opened in 2010 in Boise’s North End. This isn’t the first time the neighborhood hangout has closed temporarily during February. Three years ago, it shuttered for roughly three weeks while kitchen floor repairs and other upgrades occurred.
