Bonnie McLachlan, Prince Albert teacher, guilty of professional misconduct

A Prince Albert teacher convicted of sexual exploitation has now been found guilty of professional misconduct by the Saskatchewan Teacher's Federation.

In 2013, Bonnie McLachlan was sentenced to 18 months, to be served in the community.

She was charged after a former student came forward about a sexual relationship they had in 1994, when he was 15.

A penalty hearing for McLachlan with the STF has been scheduled for May 7.
