Bre Tiesi Is Being Sued by Former Employees Who Claim She ‘Harassed’ Them and Caused ‘Emotional Distress’
The ‘Selling Sunset’ star’s former employees claim they were “discriminated against on the basis of their sex, gender, and/or sexual orientation,” per a filing obtained by PEOPLE

Bre TiesiBre Tiesi’s former employees have filed a lawsuit against her for allegedly creating a hostile work environment.
According to the April 25 filing obtained by PEOPLE, the Selling Sunset star, 32, is being sued by three of her former employees: Lucy Poole (her former nanny), Amanda Bustard (her former social media manager), and Kenneth Gomez (her former personal assistant and stylist).
The employees, who are referred to as “plaintiffs” throughout the filing, claim that they were “harassed, discriminated against, and/or retaliated against on the basis of their sex, gender, and/or sexual orientation,” while employed by Tiesi, who is referred to by her legal name, Breana Tiesi-Moran, in the filing.
As a result, the document alleges that, “Plaintiffs suffered severe emotional distress, loss of earnings, and loss of employment benefits, among other things,” after leaving their positions.
PEOPLE reached out to a representative for Tiesi and the attorneys for Poole, Bustard and Gomez and has not yet received a response.

Bre TiesiPer the filing, Poole was allegedly hired as a nanny for Tiesi — the reality star shares 20-month-old son Legendary Love with Nick Cannon — but “also ran errands, cleaned the house, acted as a personal assistant, and completed numerous other jobs and related tasks for Ms. Tiesi-Moran."
The filing alleges that Poole “suffers a mental disability” and that during her employment with Tiesi she claims to have been called names like “short bus riding b—” and “ADHD idiot.” She further alleges that Tiesi treated her in a “vulgar and violent” manner “if a task was not performed to her satisfaction.”

Bre Tiesi and her son Legendary LoveBustard claims to have also been “subjected to inappropriate and violent behavior by Ms. Tiesi-Moran,” and says she witnessed the reality star threaten other employees with physical violence by saying things like, “I’m going to kill her” and “I’m going to slam her head against the wall.”
Gomez, who is described as “a member of the LGBTQ community” in the filing, alleges that, “Ms. Tiesi-Moran would repeatedly make derogatory and demeaning comments about members of the LGBTQ community.”

In addition to Tiesi’s alleged treatment of her employees, she also allegedly “violated various California Labor Code sections regarding hours, conditions, and payment of wages.”
As a result, the plaintiffs claim they filed the lawsuit “to recover damages and obtain other remedies afforded to them by law.” They are requesting over $3 million in damages be paid to each former employee, according to the filing.
In the document, Tiesi is referred to as “a social media personality who has more than 1.4 million followers, numerous brand deals, and was/is featured on Netflix’s hit series Selling Sunset, in which Ms. Tiesi-Moran developed a reputation for instigating dramatic and explosive confrontations with colleagues.”
